Q. I can't log into UFD. What do I do?
A. If you can't log into UFD, follow the following instructions:
- Please clear your browser cookies, the close the browser,
open a new one, and attempt to login again. (This almost
always takes care of the problem).
- Please make sure you are using the correct email address
and password.

Is it really free to join UFD?
A. Yes. UFD is absolutely 100% free for life. You can join

Q. How exactly does the Downline structure at UFD work?
A. UFD is set up as one big 1 x infinite Downline structure.
Picture it as thousands of people all waiting in a line.
Essentially, everyone who joins after you in UFD is after
you in line. So everyone who joins after you from today
on is in your Downline! However, your credits determine
your rank in the Top 5000. You earn 4 credits for all personal
referrals and 1 credit for all referrals your direct referrals
get. All in all, you have the opportunity to enjoy the world's
most innovative and beneficial Downline structure available
today.

Q. What is the Top 5000 club?
A. The Top 5000 are recognized as the true leaders of UFD.
By qualifying in the Top 5000, you will earn special privileges,
such as first import rights to all income opportunities
joined and extra bonus credit rewards from time to time.

Q. What programs will we join?
A. The programs that we join are kept secret until shortly
before joining occurs. This helps to build buzz and keep
the interest of all UFD members. Although, we can tell you
that all programs we join will be affordable for the average
person, globally accessible and will be thoroughly inspected
by the UFD owners to ensure it is top quality and here to
stay as an income source for the long term.

Q. How many programs will we join?
A. Most Downline clubs are notorious for joining more programs
than anyone can afford. UFD will only join what the average
person can afford and what our team members can handle.

Q. Who can join UFD?
A. Anyone 18 years old and older can join UFD. UFD accounts
are restricted to one per person and each account must be
backed by a real human being. We meticulously inspect our
system to ensure its quality. If you are caught registering
false accounts of any nature, we consider that spamming
of our system and your account will be immediately canceled
and you will be subject to other penalties as outlined by
the spam rules in the terms of service.

Q. How can I promote UFD?
A. You may use any legitimate legal form of advertising.
We will not tolerate SPAM and false claims within advertisements.
If you question whether your advertisement message or source
is legitimate, then please open a support ticket via the
member's area to get some help and approval. If your account
is caught spamming, it will be immediately terminated and
you will be subject to other penalties as outlined in our
spam policy.

Q. Can I contact my personal referrals?
A. Yes. We have developed an e-mail your Downline feature
in our member's area where you are able to contact your
direct referrals with support related to UFD.

Q. Is my data safe with UFD?
A. Yes, we have a tightly secured database system which
ensures your data is transmitted and stored securely, making
it invulnerable to hacker theft.

EBEI Answers:
Q. How do I download my leads?
A. To download your leads log into the EBEI members area,
then click on the "download leads" link. Then
"right-click" on the lead url, and select "save
as", then save them to your hard drive.

Q. How long does it take for my leads to be delivered?
A. Your 1,000 autoship leads delivery takes about 48 hours
from the time your account is created, or is re-billed.
Any purchased leads takes anywhere from 2-4 days for delivery.

Q. How do I setup my autoresponder account?
A. Log into the EBEI members area and click on the "autoresponder
system" link in the navigation. Then, click on the
link under the "Important notice" heading. Once
you click that link, an autoresponder server was automatically
assigned to your account.
Once this is done, scroll to the bottom of that page and
click on the "Account Registration" link. You
will then have a page opened where you can register with
all your contact information. Once you have filled out the
form and hit the "submit" button, you will recieve
an email letting you know that your account activation is
pending and that it will take up to 48 hours to activate
your new autoresponder account.
You should then recieve an email about 1-2 days later letting
you know that your autoresponder account is active and ready
to use.

Q. I can't login to my autoresponder account.
A. If you can find or remember the username you used when
you registered, please click on the "forgot password"
link on the login page. Your password will then be sent
to the email address you used to register. If you cannot
remember the username you chose, please use the help desk
for more detailed support.

Q. Someone I sponsored isn't underneath me.
A. If you had a personal contact join, but they do not show
up in your UFD or EBEI statistics, please have them open
a support desk request, asking to be moved underneath you,
using your specific full name, email address and affiliate
ID#. Please note, the "sponsored" person must
be the one to generate the support request.

Q. I didn't recieve credits for someone I sponsored.
A. Please provide the specific full name, email address
and affiliate ID# of the person you sponsored, but recieved
no credits for, in a help desk request. We will investigate
and award the appropriate credits if they are due.

Q. I paid the $1 subscription fee, but my account isn't
upgraded.
A. If you did upgrade, but your account is not marked as
upgraded, please open a help desk request in the members
area. Forward the reciept you recieved from PaySystems.com
in your help request.

Q. When are commissions paid?
A. Commission are paid approximately 25-30 days after the
pay period ending. In other words, to get paid for the money
earned in January, you will be paid at the end of February.
Please remember that you do not earn commissions on the
first month $1 trial. Your downline must be a member for
at least the next billing period for you to earn commissions.

Q. How do I stop my subscription?
A. To stop your subscription to EBEI, please go to your
"update profile" section of your members area.
From there click on the "Downgrade Account" button
and you will no longer be a member of EBEI. If you are having
trouble canceling, please open a support ticket in the "support"
section.

Q. I want to have my leads approved for uploading.
A. Please open a help desk request and copy and paste a
small sample of leads (about 10-15 leads), with full info
for us to approve. You will then recieve a response as to
if your leads are approved, or if we need to see more opt-in
information from the leads.

Q. My autoresponder account isn't sending emails.
A. If you believe your autoresponder isn't sending emails,
please make sure that you have the messeges and sequence
setup correctly.
You can view the "how-to" video in the EBEI members
area. To watch the video, please login, then click on the
"autoresponder system" link. The link to the video
is at the top of that page.
Please check to make sure that your tracking links are properly
setup and that your message sequence "days apart"
field is set to something other than "0". Also,
when you "upload" your leads, make sure that you
set them to "active". Also, if you think your
emails have stopped sending, the "reprocess" link
in the autoresponder software, starts the message series
over, for leads that are in that particular campaign.
